You must attend a New Patient Orientation to get better faster and maintain your spinal corrections.
If you end care early, all pre-payments are refunded minus all care received at full fee. Written notice and a stop-care appointment with a re-examination and x-rays are required before a refund is processed; any balance due is paid at the stop-care visit, charged to the original payment method.
A $495 administrative fee applies to any stop-care (discharge) process. This fee covers clinical record review and updates, any additional studies needed to safely discharge you from care, and the accounting work required to reconcile your account. It is separate from, and in addition to, reconciliation of care already received at full fee.
If you experience a new injury or have additional questions, please call us — you may require a different or extended visit.
Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged a $137 missed-visit fee or forfeit a visit from your plan. Text reminders are a courtesy and are not guaranteed; you are responsible for knowing your schedule.
To keep your records accurate, notify us of any new injuries, significant changes in your health, and any changes in insurance coverage.
A $37 fee will be charged for declined/returned payments.
Our doctors work as a team; you may not always see the doctor you are scheduled with. Please let us know in advance of any special request.
